I was st h This same location about a month ago was good. Today, I went, and the guy at the druve thru did not speak English and had a bad attitude because I didn't speak Spanish. What is happening? I thought we were in America

It was my first time here and it was one of the best pollo tropicals in Florida, I am from Miami, traveled and live all over. The service was excellent, fast and the food awesome eventhough the place and drivethru was pack.

Amazing food. Great service. Food is so good. There is a drive through. Plenty of parking in the plaza. There is also an option to place online orders at this store. I got a quesadilla grilled chicken wrap and 1/2 grilled chicken with 2 sides.
